All of the above constructs can be seen as opposite ends of continuums…
…or poles at each far extreme, such as the North Pole and the South Pole being at opposite ends of the earth. This is a basic list of concepts that can be expanded upon and only outlines some of the more problematic continuums. Your positioning on these continuums can shed light on how you may be experiencing your own life. Whereas with movement in one direction there can be illness, dysfunction, and poor health, approaching the opposite end of the continuum there can be health, wellbeing and high degrees of life satisfaction and happiness. Where are you on these continuums? Towards which pole do you gravitate? What directions are you moving in daily as you lead your life? How could your movement be more directed towards wellness?
